Can I be honest with you? I love writing Press Releases. I know tons of people - amazingly talented writers and brilliant publicists all, who would rather undergo dental surgery than write a Press Release.

Since you've read this far, I feel I can let you in on a little secret - before I got into marketing, I worked in live music and entertainment. It's pretty much the most fun way to make a living (if you can't get a job as an official candy-taster or something), and gave me the opportunity to work on press releases for some legitimately exciting artists.

It's been an honour to work with them, from project managing and copywriting a website rebuild to penning press releases about their many accomplishments and awards.
